Hi, I’m Delia Varllicci.

I am a holistic nutritionist, educator, and advocate for whole-body wellness. My path to this work began with my own health struggles, when conventional medicine offered few answers. Guided by a deep love for learning, healing, and helping others, I discovered the transformative power of whole foods and holistic living. I came to see that food is more than nourishment for the body—it’s also a tool for peace of mind, resilience, self-reliance, and true healing.

My Story

When I was just four years old, I experienced my first migraine. From then on, I lived with pain for many years. I was prescribed medications such as beta-blockers, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, and even birth control before I was ever sexually active. None of these treatments healed me—they only masked the pain while creating new challenges. By the time I was a teenager, doctors were already suggesting invasive medical procedures I didn’t understand. I felt like I had no choice and no voice.

Walking away from that kind of care was both scary and freeing. My health was still suffering, and years of medication had depleted my gut health. I began to gain weight, and even though I exercised and tried to eat better, I continued to struggle with my overall well-being. I lived this way for years, never feeling fully myself.

After my third child was born, I was in a serious car accident that left me with two ruptured discs and constant back pain. Suddenly, being the adventurous, craft-loving mom my kids knew became a struggle. Cooking healthy meals felt overwhelming, and our daily two-mile walks turned into just 15 minutes of outdoor play. Those changes took a toll on my mental health and on my family life. Deep down, I knew there had to be a better way—one that respected the body’s natural ability to heal.

But finding the true holistic way of eating wasn’t easy. With so much conflicting information online, I often felt lost and unsure of what to believe. That’s when I decided to go back to school to study holistic nutrition and learn how food can truly be our medicine. Through that journey, I not only found my own healing, but also discovered my life’s purpose. Today, I believe that true wellness is found when we nurture the body, mind, and spirit in harmony.
