Summer Berry Chia Parfait

Ingredients (serves 1):
  • ½1/2 cup organic chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • ½1/2 cup organic mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
  1. Mix chia seeds, milk, and sweetener; refrigerate 2+ hours (or overnight).
  2. Layer with fresh berries and coconut.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
